14 years old young student had been accused of rape and Murder of his 24 years old algebra teacher. High school student Philip Chism had slit his teachers Colleen Ritzer’s throat by using Pencil sharpners blade. According to court Danvers High School in Danvers High School in Massachusetts rape by using trees branch inside school and killed her.
After then he left a message to the dead teacher I Hate You All. Chism left the body in the school bathroom in a position that looked sexually staged.According to Court young boy was in stress due to his parents divorse. This might have made him displeased at Miss Ritzer on the day of the crime, after she refused to remain behind after class. Before Chism rape his teacher he request her to take extra class and teach him.
But few days ago she rejected. Then after Also, on October 22, Chism and another student were requested by 24 year old Miss Ritzer, to remain and discuss about Tennessee and this made Chism upset.
After the argument, Chism armed himself with a box cutter and went after his teacher to the bathroom, which was on the second floor. before the case of rape he took a pencil sharpner and took a cutter to slit her throat, put the body inside a recycling bin and dumped it behind the school in the woods. Later, the body was found covered with leaves, with a 3 foot branch inside it, was partially naked and the top pulled up and Bra down.
Last of murder she ask question to chism but he was seen in tension. He couldnot reply. Teacher gave soft punishment. According to students of same class after the completion of class they had been seen together. This all activities are saved in Schools CCTV. Police did investigation and the case is running in Court.
